Napoleon has the most comprehensive product line in the business with prices ranging from under $500 on the Rogue Grills up to $3800 for the massive 1430 sq. inch cooking surface Prestige Pro 825 RSBI. In between are 28 different grills at various price points. This does not include 8 different portable TravelQ models, 7 different charcoal models and 4 different sized grill heads for outdoor kitchens (yes, the 825 model can be bought as a builtin unit). Blaze Grills out of Baton Rouge Louisiana has a smaller lineup of grills than Napoleon but they do put a sturdy cast stainless steel burner in their grills. Their grills are all 100% stainless with no cast aluminum, with the exception of their incredible 1” thick wall cast aluminum Kamado charcoal grill. This is the first 1” thick cast aluminum kamado grill ever made. Blaze also has a significant line of components for your outdoor kitchen, including outdoor rated refrigerators and a 50 lb capacity outdoor ice machine.
Wilmington Grills made in Wilmington North Carolina, has a quite unique method of cooking. It uses indirect heat which eliminates flare ups. The grill is made using all 16 gauge stainless steel, which is 3 times thicker than what most other companies use. The grill is stout. Wilmington also uses a cast stainless steel burner in its grill with a variable temperature valve. The variable burners allow the grill to operate in a range from 375 to 600 degrees. The unique thing about their grills is, the indirect heating. Because of that, the flames will not burn up your food. It operates as an awesome grill, and can also cook just like your kitchen oven. You can cook a whole turkey, bread, even Mom’s Homemade Apple Pie on it.
